What Jerry is

Jerry is a shared place for families and caregivers to coordinate care for a loved one at home — medications, conditions, tasks, notes, and a care circle — plus an AI assistant you can ask questions. Jerry is currently in beta, which means it's still being built and improved.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Jerry. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You're responsible for your account. That means:

• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• Providing accurate information.
• The activity that happens under your account, including the people you invite into a care circle.

Acceptable use

When you use Jerry, please don't:

• Enter another person's health information unless they (or their authorized representative) have consented to you sharing it.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service.
• Rely on Jerry in an emergency. Jerry is not a substitute for emergency services or professional medical care — in an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Beta disclaimer

Because Jerry is in beta, please understand and accept that it:

• May contain bugs or behave unexpectedly.
• May lose data or experience interruptions.
• May change, or have features added or removed, without notice.
• May produce AI responses that are inaccurate or incomplete.
• Is not HIPAA-compliant during beta — please don't enter ultra-sensitive health information you wouldn't want processed by third-party services.

Jerry's responses are for information and coordination only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for a doctor, nurse, pharmacist, or other qualified professional. Always consult a professional for medical decisions.

About AI-generated content

Jerry's AI can be wrong. It may misunderstand, omit something, or generate information that sounds confident but isn't accurate. Please verify anything important — especially medication details, dosages, and clinical information — against a reliable source before acting on it.

What happens to your data when we leave beta

When Jerry leaves beta and puts proper agreements (including BAAs) in place, we'll send you a re-consent notice describing the updated terms.

• If you re-consent within the stated period, your data carries over intact — nothing is lost.
• If you don't re-consent within that period, your data will be deleted.

There is no silent wipe and no silent migration. The choice is yours, and we'll make it clear.

Service availability

We don't guarantee uptime during beta. Jerry may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from within the mobile app; doing so removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

Jerry is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jerry Living, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service during beta.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

If we update these Terms, we'll change the effective date above and notify you by email and an in-app notice. Continuing to use Jerry after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
